Highlights
This skirt and jacket set by City Girl is new with tags! The fabric is a sueded polyester and the shiny fabric appears to be a lightweight PVC.
Both pieces are marked as a 4, and based on the measurements and the fit on my mannequin I estimate that they are consistent with a modern size 4. As always, please take your measurements or measure a similar garment that fits you well for comparison.
