The woodwork is nice and sturdy and matched the description in the store. They were able to give me a preview and opportunity to make modifications as many times as needed before going forward. Communication was excellent, answers and questions were answered promptly.

Only slight niggle. It was our second print and it was the same map as the first, but they were printed slightly differently, one was zoomed in more than the other, so just doesn’t quite match. Not a huge issue but would have been nice to get the same reprint, as I had asked to get the same one as last time. Still lovely though and great quality.

Map is as described. Nice gift and customer service. For the price point, I thought the print could have been on thicker paper, and the quality of this paper that the map was on, should have made the price cheaper. Too much for what it is.
