Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are welcome, I'll be happy to make a personalized ceramics for you. Please contact me via Etsy conversation or the request custom order button.

Hand-wash only, use soft cloth with mild detergent.

To ensure your piece arrives safe and soundly, your piece will be wrapped in high-quality bubble wrap, and fixed with extra padding in a cardboard box. If an item arrives defected or broken to you I will replace it asap.

Items are shipped according to their processing time, please check your item for the full information of processing time (some items are in stock while others are made to order). Shipping times vary depending on your location; For international orders please allow 8-21 business days for shipment to arrive. (In some cases time would be extended to 24 days with delays during holidays or if held at customs) Express air post service delivery is available on-demand and offers 3-7 business days (usually 5 days) to arrive. During the holidays season shipping time might be slightly longer.

Please note dishes may have slight variations from the photos, due to the item's handmade nature and colors viewed on different screens.

Import duties, taxes, and VAT charges are handled by Etsy and are the buyer's responsibility only. USA: Please note: As of August 29, 2025, all shipments to the United States are sent DDP — the 15% customs duty is fully prepaid by me, with no extra cost to you. Etsy collects VAT for US customers on checkout.
