2. In the 'notes to seller' portion of checkout, please let me know your pet's name, the background color, font and design style.

3. send me images of your pet in a message by clicking the contact Etsy seller button or by sending it to my E-mail: customlovestudio [!at] gmail.com

4. I will send you the portrait's preview in 2-4 business days (monday to friday). Once the portrait is approved, I will send you the digital file to your E-mail or the physical art print or canvas to your home.

• The art print is illustrated digitally with Adobe Photoshop. I draw all my illustration using a computer

• This product is printed and shipped from the United States with the help of my printing provider.

• If you select "digital file", you will receive a high resolution jpg for you to print yourself. No physical item will be shipped.

• If you select the "Paper print" "Framed Print " or "canvas" option, you will receive exactly that. Note a Paper print is printed on fine art paper and a canvas is canvas stretched over wood.
