Unfortunately, my shop does not possess the capacity to accept returns or provide refunds as they are incompatible with my business model.

Each piece in my shop is handmade & sustainably made to order. As I only make each piece when you purchase it, accepting returns and providing refunds would mean I lose on labour costs + material costs, and potentially on shipping costs depending on method used. Ultimately this would harm my business model + neglect the importance of my labour.

I understand this might be frustrating, but as a small seller who dedicates a lot of time and care to each order (one bracelet takes 1-2h), I require this policy for now in order to sustain my shop.

For damaged items, please refer to my 'exchange' policy.

I will gladly accept exchanges for any item which is damaged in the mail, provided the request is raised in a timely manner (ie. immediately after delivery).

Additionally, I understand that sometimes sizing on online jewelry orders can be confusing, so I will accept exchanges for sizing issues.

For these exchanges, the buyer will be responsible for both the postage of the returned item as well as any additional shipping costs.

Please avoid contact with water as it might affect the colour of piece.

I also recommend removing any piece with a clasp prior to bathing/showering, engaging in physical activity, or sleeping. They will wear and discolour with time, and especially so if subject to water, sweat, etc.

DO NOT forcefully stretch.
