Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges on non personalized items only.

We offer proofs by request only. Please note proofs may delay your order, while we await communication back and forth.

Do you make all the items in your shop?

Yes! Every single item in our shop is hand made by us in our home workshop.

What happens if my order is damaged during transit?

If your order is damaged in any way, please immediately send us a message and photo of the damage via Etsy messages. We will file a claim with the shipper and have a replacement sent out ASAP.

Can I make a change to my order?

We will try our best to get to your conversation and change requests as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee any changes if we have already printed your order. Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order.

I put the wrong shipping address when checking out, can you change it?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a shipping address change. However, if you did accidentally submit a wrong address, please make sure to contact us immediately and we will note that on your order. Please note, if your item has already shipped, we won't be able to change your shipping address.

My package has shipped but I put an old address, what can I do?

Unfortunately, once an item is marked shipped the postage for that location has been purchased already and is on its way to the post office. The best thing you can do is contact your post office or go to their website to see if a package intercept is possible. Take your tracking number located on your receipt and contact USPS immediately. I received my order and there is a problem with my order. How do I fix it?

We must be notified of any issues with your order within 4 business days of delivery. This will ensure a timely resolution to any issues. If the error is on our part, we will immediately have a replacement sent out.

Simple, natural colored, and rustic medium weight polyester linen fabric.
All of our products are made with dye sublimation printing, which prints the design into the product instead of on it, ensuring a permanent and soft to touch image.
These totes are a natural color (not white).
Available in 2 sizes:
Small- Approx. 14x14 with no gusset.
Large- Approx. 19x15 with a gusset.
