Excellent customer service! The shoes are gorgeous, and I love them. This style definitely runs big. I'm a size 6-ish (just a bit smaller than a true size 6), so I ordered a size 6. They were nearly a size too big, so I exchanged them for a size 5, and they are perfect. As with all leather shoes, they will need to be broken in. Exchanging them was super easy.
