My delivery address is incorrect or has changed. What do I need to do?

Please contact us ASAP to provide with correct data. The delivery address can be changed only before the shipment. We cannot change the address of order in the progress of supply.

My delivered item is faulty or damaged - what can I do?

To give us full info about damages, please, provide us with one or two digital photos of the article you complain of. Add the number of your order and a short description of the deficiency via the conversation option here on Etsy. As soon as we receive the above and our production department responses for the faulty we inform you and can help to eliminate the trouble.

If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and sag, you can try the following: Spray an even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries. Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas prints.

Custom and personalized orders

Any part can be personalized, whether it is a map or a star map, please note in the "personalization box" I will send a design draft to you.
