ATTENTION.... With me all lamps were available But with completely different patterns...... After weeks of no contact (from his side), he simply exchanged the pictures in the sold item. Which unfortunately brings me nothing, so be careful

The buyer makes the purchase and creates problems in order to get the money again, although the policy of Etsy and digital stores prevents the return or exchange of digital files, in addition to that he re-runs the designs and infringes intellectual property rights, and sells the same products on his store against the laws of Etsy, pay attention to that store. The files I received are completely different from the lamps pictured in the listing. When I contacted the seller he told me I was confused. Horrible seller and crappy files.

The buyer has purchased a product, and most customers have praised it before and did not comment negatively on it except for competitors or their partners who buy the product and do not know anything about it. I did not see anything but sarcasm and malicious reasons from him in this matter. We sent the download links again to prove that any of the two producers had no difference from what was shown, and despite that, he insisted on his wrong position, unfortunately... Like this buyer who asked for a refund and put a negative review on it before trying to open the file and knowing what was inside ...ask the ETSY and PAYPAL administrations to protect the sellers and take appropriate action against these people because they are already causing serious damage to the site...

Pros: The quality of the shade's design is great and the finished work fits together really well. It was easy to cut and assemble. The design is highly-detailed and yet solid enough that it doesn't feel like it would ever snap or collapse. Cons: The image depicted in the listing shows a lamp base that doesn't match the materials delivered. In the end, I ended up not using the base in the file and going with a different option. There is only one material thickness supported (3mm), but it's not specified in the listing. Would be better if the files provided also supported 4mm and 5mm materials. Lastly, the listing shows a really beautiful, multi-colored shade effect, but that file was not provided. Again, it would be best if the goods provided matched the listing.
