✦ UK orders under £10 are shipped untracked by default, which keeps our shipping prices comparatively low for you! Please select tracked shipping (+£1 for most listings) at checkout if you prefer.

✦ UK orders £25+ ship tracked FREE with “SHIPITFREETEAPEACH” at checkout ♡
✦ INTERNATIONAL: As of February 2022, we ship most of our items using tracked services for international orders - you will see your options at checkout.
✿ DELIVERY DETAILS
Please ensure that you provide your full delivery address, as we are not responsible for non-deliveries due to incomplete/incorrect delivery details provided by customers. We will also not verify any addresses provided, so please ensure that you have checked that the address is correct and complete when placing an order.
Generally if we think a delivery address may be incomplete, we will reach out to the customer to confirm the address; however, due to order volumes and unfamiliarity with international address formats, we cannot guarantee that we can always spot an incomplete address! Where an incorrect address leads to non-delivery, unfortunately we are not able to liaise on a customer's behalf with postal services to seek resolution and will not issue a refund.
✿ LOST/DAMAGED POST
✦ UK orders under £10:
As permanently flagged in our Shop Announcement and then sent to each customer again on order confirmation, our UK shipping for orders up to £10 is untracked by default. This is to keep pricing low for you but tracked shipping is available as an option at checkout (+£1 for most listings).
Therefore, if tracked shipping was not selected at checkout, we do not generally issue refunds for items lost in the mail, as non-delivery cannot be demonstrated.
In the case of items damaged in the post, please reach out to us in the first instance and we’ll be happy to assist ☻

Please contact us if your item(s) arrive damaged or you believe it's lost in the post and we’ll sort things out for you!
✿ CUSTOMS DUTY/TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs duties/equivalent tax charges that may be levied by your country on the items purchased.
However, as we send out our items via postal mail and due to the small and relatively inexpensive nature of our items, import tax(es) should not be incurred.
We accurately fill out customs forms where required and are not responsible for delays due to customs.
