How should the tumblers be cleaned?

It is highly recommended that all stainless steel tumblers be washed by hand per the manufacturer. That being said, we have machine washed our personal mugs for over 3 years with no ill impact!

Can the main design fonts be changed?

We do not change the fonts on our main designs generally. The personalization fonts our only to be used with additional text. If you would like a main design reworked or designed please contact us before ordering.

Can the engravings be done in color?

All engravings would be in silver. If you are looking for color prints you should look for vinyl or printed options. The advantage to engraving is in its permanency!

The standard lids contain a straw friendly open port drinking hole. Engraving is permanent, but it is not recommended for dishwasher use. We DO NOT use vinyl, decals, or wraps on our mugs! Each is powdercoated for extreme durability! The 16oz Pint, 20oz, 30oz, 20oz Handled Mug, 20oz Water Bottle, and 22oz Skinny fit most standard cup holders.

***NOTE- Designs will be scaled to appropriately fit your desired choice of size. Some designs, if personalization is requested, will be personalized on the back side of the mug due to size restrictions. If you want a specific name or design placement please let us know when ordering.
