My package says delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?

Unfortunately, The Salty Willow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is handed off to USPS, it is the responsibility of them to deliver the package. If it’s marked delivered and you’re unable to locate it you will need to call USPS as this is a “USPS Issue of Delivery”. You will need to contact USPS , or your local post office, and ask them for the GPS coordinates of the delivery, and it will show within 200 ft of where it was delivered.

I just noticed I put the wrong address, but my package has already shipped. What can I do?

Once the label and is printed, The Salty Willow is unable to change the address. It’s very important to make sure your address is correct prior to placing your order. *IF your package is returned to The Salty Willow, you will need to purchase another shipping label if you would like your package sent out again. *IF your package was delivered to the address that was put on your order- you will need to make another purchase. NO refunds will be provided for shipping to an incorrect address you had listed on your order.

Help!!! I need my items quick. How fast do you get the orders out?

Our processing time varies between items in the shop - but the average processing time is 4-7 business days (this does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays). This is NOT the amount of time it will take for your to receive the item- this is the amount of time needed for The Salty Willow to complete your item and prepare it for shipment. Each listing has accurate timeframes on it. To check the estimated timeframe, please click the listing. Scroll down to “Shipping and Return Policies”. It will show you the estimated ship by dates, along with estimated delivery dates. Please keep in mind, these are all estimates! Once packages are handed off to USPS, it is out of my control how long it takes them to deliver.

Can I request a mock-up for my order?

Absolutely! Mock-ups are highly encouraged - especially for those who are having trouble envisioning what the product would look like with certain fonts. **Mock-ups MUST be requested at time of purchase in the Note to Seller box. If a mock-up is requested, it will be sent via Etsy messages within 3 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays). If you would like to make changes to the mock-up, you must message back within 48 hours. If there is no response within 48 hours I will assume acceptance and begin your order then.**

This is made from 1/8" Acrylic (or Birch Plywood). It is laser engraved and laser cut, and then filled with a permanent paint. This keychain will outlast the keychains with vinyl.
The size of this keychain is 3.1"x1.5" and comes with a split ring.
