Yes, that's what we are all about! Just let us know the size and bed style your looking for and we can provide you with pricing.

Can I add my pets name to the bed?

Yes, all of our custom beds include Free Name Embroidery. Each bed listing includes an "embroidery" section explaining how to add it your bed and and a picture with the available font and color options.

I'm having a hard time picking my fabrics, can you help me?

I'd love to help you design the perfect bed! I would need to know what colors and/or style you are looking for and if there are any fabrics we offer that you'd like to use. Once I have an idea of what you are looking for I would email several bed illustration ideas and we can work together until we create the perfect bed combination.

Is the bed cover removable and washable?

Yes! All of our beds have been designed with a removable, washable cover which features a durable, upholstery-grade zipper. You just unzip the cover from the inserts and throw it in the wash. We include a link to detailed washing instructions when we ship our completed beds.

What are the washing instructions for your beds?

Wash the cover in cold water, delicate cycle, making sure to close zippers. Then Line Dry. Wash only when needed, using hot water or putting it in the dryer can cause the fabric to shrink and/or fade. Note: We only recommend washing the main bed cover, not the muslin insert covers.

Do you have anything to protect the bed if my pet has an accident?

Yes, we offer top-of-the-line waterproof insert covers as an optional add-on if your worried your pet might have an accident. This fabric has a moisture barrier that has been bonded to the back so water cannot penetrate it. Can I order additional covers?

Yes, replacement and extra covers are available for all of our beds! We keep detailed records of all our customer's beds so if you want a new cover we can make you one that's a perfect fit.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our beds come beautifully wrapped with a bow, hang tag and treat bag so they make the perfect gift! We can also include a special gift message by request. Just let us know what you'd like written in the comments section at checkout.

How are the Cuddle beds measured?

Our Cuddle beds are measured from outside-bolster to outside-bolster so you know the overall size of the completed bed. Measuring based on cording-to-cording or the inside seat doesn't reflect the overall dimensions of the bed.

Will the colors match what I see on my screen?

Colors can look slightly different from one screen to the next, since every device displays color a little differently. We calibrate our monitors to an industry color standard and compare each fabric against them to keep our images as accurate as possible, but we can't guarantee your screen shows the exact shade. If color is important to your order, we recommend ordering a fabric sample before purchasing so you can see it in person.
