Avoid damaging your hoop’s surface as you remove the plastic.
Do not be alarmed if your hoop isn’t circular!

DO NOT CONNECT THE HOOP UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE THE FOLLOWING:

● Allow your hoop to lay open on a flat surface for a MINIMUM of 24 hours.
● If the hoop still doesn’t look circular, roll along a soft surface like grass or carpet.
● Use gentle pressure on the spots that prevent the hoop from looking circular.

AVOID excessive pressure on the connector.

Polypro is a nickname given to the type of plastic that these hoops are made out of.
Wikipedia states- “Polypropylene (PP), also known as polypropene, is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications including packaging and labeling,textiles (e.g., ropes, thermal underwear and carpets), stationery, plastic parts and reusable containers of various types, laboratory equipment, loudspeakers, automotive components, and polymer banknotes.”……and now Hula Hoops!

It's also the most popular type of material for intermediate and advanced hoopers.

This refers to the size of the tubing measured at its widest point. A ¾” hoop is the “standard” size that most people use. It is a very good hoop to get if you are just starting out with a polypro hoop. To give you an idea of the size of this tubing, I can fit my pointer finger in it.
5/8", on the other hand, is only big enough for my pinky.
...and now I have hoops stuck on both hands. :)

A 5/8” hoop is going to be thinner, lighter, and a little more flexible. The people that buy these hoops are usually professional performers or someone that is very small and light. This would be closer to a kid's hoop size and weight.

Grip refers to what we do to the inside surface of your hoop (where it comes into contact with the body most). Without any grip, the hoop might want to slip down your body depending on what fabric your clothes are made out of. Adding some grip (sanding or tape) will help the hoop to stay on your body and make it easier to learn.

If you break your hoop in any way within 6 months of your purchase from thespinsterz.com we will replace it with the same or similar hoop of equal or lesser value. Your broken hoop MUST be sent back to us to verify it is in fact broken/damaged.

We want to do our part to try and keep plastic out of landfills and ensure that you get to keep using your FAVORITE hoop for as long as possible. With this in mind we have decided to offer Lifetime Repairs on hoops you purchase from thespinsterz.com

Not all hoops can be repaired, but we will do our darndest to fix yours and keep you hooping for life. If for some reason your hoop is un-repairable, we will credit your account with the cost you paid in shipping to get it to us.

Lifetime Free Repairs are good for any hoop, except for LED Hoops and Fire Hoops as these are made by MoodHoops and you'd need to work with them directly.
