I'll be completely honest. It took FOREVER to get this item. So why am I giving this transaction 5 stars? Well. First of all the quality of the piece is superb. Definitely worth the wait. But in addition, they were proactive by reaching out and setting expectations on when we could expect to receive it was highly professional. I get it. Stuff happens. It's how a business handles these things that sets them apart.
