Please note that it is only two of us! All our jewellery is handcrafted with care in our little studio. Orders ship within 1-3 business days. However some items have a longer production time, which is noted in the product description. We like to ship orders as fast as we can, usually within 24 hours of receipt, but from time to time, yes, we do take the full 3 business days to ship your order. During peak seasons, our production time may increase. If so, it will be noted in the shop announcement on the front page of the shop. Also, if there are any delays to your order we will let you know as soon as possible. If you have a special event and you are working against the clock, please let us know when you check out, or contact us and we will be happy to see what we can do to help and send it faster on its way.
Any additional charges for customs clearance on products delivered outside the EU are borne by the customer and it is their responsibility to check what these may be prior to placing an order. We mark orders as ‘costume jewellery’ on international customs forms.
The customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with laws of the importing country.
Customs policies vary from country to country so if you require further information please contact your local customs office.
Please note that once the package is on its way, we do not have any information on delivery time. We also are not responsible for items damaged or lost once they are in transit. If you have not received your order after the given estimated shipping time, please contact us.

As each of our pieces is unique, there will always be slight variations in colour and detailing. All sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible.
Products are made from reclaimed materials and as such are vintage and may bear the marks of previous use. We work with this rather than against it and believe any such marks adds to the richness and character of the pieces.

Due to the sourcing of materials and the processes involve in creating our pieces, all our designs are really special and unique. However if you'd like it that little bit extra special like a different length, clasp, finding or colour -- simply leave a note to seller when you check out, and we will try our outmost.
