How do I send my measurements?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a Measurement Guide Video via email. Please follow the instructions and send your measurements via Etsy message.

What is your processing time?

Most custom outfits are ready to ship within 3–7 days after we receive your complete measurements. We also offer rush orders upon request (additional charges may apply).

Un-stitched means that the fabric and materials are provided without stitching. You will receive the fabric, along with any necessary embellishments (like embroidery, sequins, or lace), which you can take to a tailor or seamstress to have it stitched into your desired style and fit. This option gives you the flexibility to customize the garment exactly as you like.

What is Made to Measure?

Made to Measure means your outfit is crafted based on your specific measurements. We take your unique sizing details and create a garment that fits you perfectly. Unlike ready-to-wear items, which are standard sizes, Made to Measure ensures a customized, personalized fit tailored just for you.

What is a Rush Order?

A Rush Order is a special request for faster processing and delivery of your custom-made outfit. Typically, this service expedites the production time so your order is completed and shipped sooner than our usual processing time. Please note, rush orders may come with an additional fee due to the expedited timeline. If you need your outfit urgently, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability and discuss the details!

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your handcrafted outfit, please follow these care guidelines: Dry Clean Only – Recommended for all embellished, embroidered, or delicate fabric items. Iron on Low Heat – If needed, iron on the reverse side using low heat. Avoid ironing directly on embroidery or sequins. Store Properly – Keep your outfit in a cool, dry place. Use garment covers for long-term storage. Avoid Direct Perfume or Deodorant Contact – Spray before wearing to protect fabric and embroidery. Handle with Care – As each piece is handcrafted, handle gently to preserve its detailing and finish.

Beautiful lehenga from Ahuti who was super helpful with how to measure and advice around what would be best. She communicated clearly and really promptly especially given the time difference. I’d left ordering a little later than I’d have liked but everything got to me in good time which was amazing given that this was a customised item! There was a small delay with delivery on the uk end but that’s an issue with FedEx and not with the seller at all. Would definitely buy more items from Ahuti in future. Thank you!
