Custom and personalized orders

Note as of 8/16/2025 there will now be a $7.00 fee for mock ups if you would like something made from scratch physically and a photo taken for review. This amount will be applied to the total cost of your product if you decide to purchase. All custom and personalized orders are made by hand and made exactly as input by the customer. Therefore, if any spelling is incorrect it is not our responsibility to replace your item. Double check all spelling and punctuation on any custom item to ensure you get exactly what you order. All items on this page are made to order and will all vary slightly as they are handmade and not machine made making each and every handmade item 100% unique.

Most of our items are made out of sealed acrylic and designed. Acrylic should never be left in extreme temperatures or knocked/dropped onto hard surfaces. See our policies for returns/cancellations/refunds. Items that have been in your possession for longer periods of time I.E. you purchased an item 2 months ago and it broke will not be replaced and will need to be repurchased. Care instructions are included with every item purchased.

I would like to order an item in a different color than shown can I do that?

Yes. You can message us directly and we will be more than happy to honor any color request. I have more than 100 glitter and solid colors available at any given time and can work with you.

How long will my order take?

Orders are always done in order they were received and can take 7-10 business days to make. Items are packaged and shipped via USPS. Tracking will be provided once your package is shipped. Your items should arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your zip code and USPS shipping delays. Please note that we have no control over how quickly USPS gets your items to you. If you need assistance with a lost item please message us right away. All items will ship to the Etsy address on file. Please make sure your Etsy address is current and up to date. No address is manually entered into Etsy, only the customer controls this. If your item(s) are returned due to insufficient address, the purchaser is 100% responsible for reshipping costs.

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations

As of February 15th 2022 we are extending our replacement policy 30 days for reels that break such as the reel no longer extending or reel mechanism no longer working/opens spontaneously. Photos of your broken item and packaging MUST be provided and compliance with any insurance (if applicable) by the buyer is required to obtain your replacement. Thirty days start the day your item shows as delivered by USPS. Anything beyond 30 days will NOT be replaced. No refunds. Refunds are only given out if cancelled within 24 hours of placing order. Please note, I will not accept any forced returns/exchanges. A forced return/exchange is one that was not approved by me.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to make changes to your order or cancel. Orders are processed quickly therefore if you wait longer than 24 hours to make changes we will not be able to process any changes as your item is already in process.

Can I add beads to my badge reel?

Short answer, is no. The reason why we do not offer beads on our reels is because the reel itself has to be taken apart, cut, and beads added and put back together again. We noticed this affects the life time of the badge reel. We want to offer a quality product that will last as long as possible and in order to do so, we keep all badge reels 100% in tact, even though we LOVE how badge reels with beads look.

Can I request a shaker badge reel?

We do not offer shaker badge reels. Shaker badge reels are filled with a baby oil or similar solution to make a floating effect inside a sealed acrylic. We do not offer these because, in rare cases these are known to explode randomly which can impede patient care, get on sterile fields, etc. For patient safety, we decided to opt out of making those.

This adorable gnome badge buddy is made with our holographic "Sun Kissed" glitter that is sealed in on the back side - no flakes! The front features a vinyl print with a variety of gnomes with tropical drinks in hand, quotes such as "Vacation Mode activated", "Just Hangin' with my gnomies", "Beach Please", pineapples and much more. No two will be exactly the same. Enter your credentials. Please keep in mind the more text added, the smaller it will appear. Text will be white and in the font pictured.

****If you are in radiology and use markers DO NOT USE or place markers on this badge buddy in any capacity. The strength of those markers are so strong that it may cause the resin to separate from the acrylic.*****

For example, RN would stand out more because they're bigger letters compared to "Registered Nurse" or "Clinical Health Coordinator" To offset this we will be adding a black offset to the text in order for your title to be visible with some titles. This will look like a black outline/shadow to the white text.**
