Really beautiful and detailed design and very sturdy. I bang my purses around a lot, and this is definitely a purse that can handle it. There is a strong chemical/plastic smell that has lingered for several days but which I hope will fade with time. I assume it's due to the method and/or machine used to imprint the leather. The hardware feels sturdy and works well, too. I didn't find out until the purse was done that I had requested something that wasn't allowed for the model I had chosen. Rather than say "you can't have a contrast strip on this model," and giving me a chance to pick a different model (which would have made them more money), the seller didn't talk to me about it until the purse was already finished and they sent pics. So that was a bummer, but I still give 4 stars for a very nice purse.
