Will the wallpaper fit my wall exactly?

Each wallpaper is customized to perfectly fit your wall. When placing your order, please provide the exact wall dimensions (width × height) in meters or centimeters – either in a message or in the note to seller. We automatically add a 2 cm margin on each side to ensure a perfect fit during installation.

How do I install the wallpaper?

4 Easy Steps – Wallpaper Installation Prepare the wall 🧽 Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and smooth. Remove dust, grease, and any nails. Plan the layout 📏 Use a level to mark your starting line and test-fit the first panel. Leave a 2 cm margin on the sides. Apply strip by strip 🖌️ Apply adhesive to the wall (or peel off the backing if using peel & stick wallpaper). Smooth the panel from the center outward using a squeegee or your hand. The processing and shipping time ?

Our standard wallpaper production time is 5 days and for wall decals from 2 to 3 days. The shipping depending on the country of delivery: from 2 to 5 working days (the UK +3-5 days due to customs clearance). Free delivery to the European Union and the UK except for some overseas territories and some islands belonging to parts of continental Europe and the UK. Ask us for details.

Taxes, Customs Duties & Import Fees

🇺🇸 United States (USA) Orders to the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All import duties and taxes are included in the purchase price. There are no additional customs or import fees to pay upon delivery. 🇬🇧 United Kingdom (UK) For orders up to £135, VAT is automatically collected by Etsy at checkout. Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return a product except for wallpaper, as it is custom-made to fit your wall and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. For all other items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you're unsure about anything before ordering, feel free to message us – we're happy to help!

Can I reorder the last wallpaper panel?

Yes! You can reorder a missing or damaged panel. To ensure a perfect match, please provide your order number, the name of the design, and the exact dimensions of the panel you need. Keep in mind that slight color variations may occur between print batches, so it's best to order all panels at once whenever possible.

How do I file a complaint?

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect: Do not install the wallpaper or decals. Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Contact us as soon as possible – preferably by email: [info@eudajmonia.eu], including the photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation quickly and fairly.

What surfaces are NOT recommended for installation?

We do not recommend applying wallpaper or decals on the following surfaces: – Freshly painted walls (wait at least 14 days), – Rough, porous, or textured walls (e.g. brick, rough plaster, concrete), – Damp, cold, or condensation-prone areas, – Dirty, greasy, or dusty walls, – Walls painted with stain-resistant or Teflon-based paints (may reduce adhesion). If you’re unsure about your wall – just send us a message!

Can I request a different color or layout?

Yes! Most of our designs can be customized in color or adjusted in layout to better fit your wall, furniture, or room setup. Just send us a message with your wall dimensions and your preferences – we’ll be happy to create a custom layout for you.
