Digital Unmasking Planner: Brain Dump, ADHD, Autism (PDF)

Stimming can be any movement that brings you into a state of being comfortable and safe. Masking is when you hide who you truly are around people because you feel like you won’t fit in (or it’s what you’ve been told your whole life). I'm here to tell you to unmask yourself, meaning stop trying to be " normal" who wants to be normal?! That’s boring. You’re a superstar and unleash your powers! I’m sharing this with the world because it’s too good to be kept a secret🤫

The world we live in Is changing daily and it is more common to organize on our computers over having a notebook. Ever since the pandemic we do more from home, work from home, relax at home and it’s hard to draw the line between the two. With these templates you can work on your mental health on your computer as well! Or take it on the go on a tablet. At the end of your work day take a moment for yourself and do your inner work, you won’t regret spending productive time on your mental well being!
