Your order ships with FedEx, and you won’t pay any extra fees at checkout or delivery. For other countries, local taxes or duties may apply and are shown at checkout.

Where do you ship from and how long will my order take?

We print and ship Worldwide from EU with tracking. Wallpaper orders: Most customers in the U.S. receive their order in 5–7 business days from the order date (production + express transit, tracked). Samples: Standard mail: 5–10 business days, shipping fee shown at checkout. Expedited: ~5 business days via express carrier. All orders ship free!

How do I track my order? Which carriers do you use?

We use express carriers for wallpaper orders (primarily FedEx) and Global mail for samples.

Can you make custom sizes, colors, or change motif scale?

Yes. We can cut custom heights, adjust overall scale, and sometimes shift motifs. Message us with your wall size and a requirements.

What is Wallflora wallpaper material?

Something Wrong? Let's Fix It! If your wallpaper gets damaged during shipping or after you put it up, don't worry! We'll happily send you a replacement. Just reach out to us within 20 days of delivery and send us a photo of the issue. Returns Since our wallpaper is made just for you, we don't usually accept returns. But we understand that sometimes things happen. If you need to return your wallpaper, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Your wallpaper must be unopened, and you'll need to cover the return shipping cost. We'll review your request on a case-by-case basis.
