Our return policy is valid for dresses of standard size range between US 0 (EUR 32) and US 14 (EUR 46).
The return must be initiated within one week of the delivery date according to tracking information. That means you will have 7 days to inform us about your decision to return, and a further 7 days to ship the order back.

Rush fees and delivery fees are refundable in cases of manufacturing fault only. Customers’ return shipping expenses, as well as import and customs duties, are not subject to compensation in any case.

That is, if you discard a shipment for any reason (inability to receive the parcel at the address, disagreement with customs fees etc.) the parcel will not be shipped back to us and it will be eliminated by shipping company in your country. Such orders will be considered as ‘completed’ and will not be eligible for a refund.

As all orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, customers are responsible for all import and customs duties associated with their purchase. We are unable to estimate what these charges are, so we encourage you to check with your country’s customs authorities for tariffs before you order.

Please pay your attention that import and customs duties are not included in price and must be paid by the customer to ensure your parcel is released by customs. Failure to do so may cause your delivery to be abandoned therefore the order becomes limited in refunding. Learn about refunding below.

Because each dress is custom-made for every customer, including standard sizes, we regret that we can’t offer the ‘buy multiple & keep one’ option without a restocking fee.

If you’re considering ordering 2 or 3 dresses for remote fitting and plan to return the ones that don’t fit, a $100 deduction per returned item will be applied upon refund. This policy also covers dress exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

No restocking fee will be applied when returning the only ordered dress.

We gladly accept charge-free cancellations for standard size orders until dispatched except for rush orders. Since such an order fulfillment starts at once, in the case of cancellation, the rush fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

As you order online and we unfortunately can’t see you in person, minor alterations such as hemming may be required to have the dress fit to perfection.
