The cost of the item will be refunded, minus any postage costs incurred by myself including items sent 'Free Delivery.'

Royal Mail / International Standard postage insures your items up to £20 per shipment.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For / International Tracked and Signed postage insures your items up to £50 per shipment.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason please contact me as soon as possible and I will aim to cancel it and refund it in full. If it has already been sent then then a refund is only possible once the item/s have been returned to me in a saleable condition and providing that it hasn't been personalised.

Made to order items cannot be cancelled once they have begun to be made.

All items are sent in board envelopes to keep your items pristine.

If you would like your order to be gift wrapped, just add it to your order for a small charge. It will be wrapped carefully in tissue paper and secured with a sticker and twine. It will also come with a gift tag. If you leave a gift message (up to 6 words) I can write it out onto the tag, just ask, otherwise it will stay blank.

• If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.

• If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Check your spam or junk inbox.
