Returns/Exchanges on Orders That Qualified for Free Shipping

Orders that qualified for free shipping, but are returned or exchanged due to an error in purchasing or incorrect size purchased, wrong item purchased, etc will be refunded the order price less the shipping we paid to ship your order.

Generally we ship Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. Occasionally we will ship on a Saturday if an order is urgent or we are catching up on orders. Please respect our time with our families during weekend and holidays as we generally do try to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Some orders do require additional processing time. Thank you.

If you purchase an item in the incorrect size and/or style we will gladly accept an exchange, however, the buyer is responsible to return the item in its original condition at their cost and pay for the exchanged item to be shipped to them. Upon receipt of the exchanged item and inspection of the item, we will create a custom listing for the buyer to pay for the shipping fee to ship the exchanged item.

Got here fast and the color is amazing. My SUV sits in the sun and alot of stickers over a year in age are fading. Anxious to see how long Ariel lats before she turns 'goth'.
