Custom and personalised orders

Please get in touch if you would like a design custom made or if you would like an existing product made to your specification. As everything we make is made to order there is no additional charges for custom orders. We cannot be held responsible for design errors with the manufacture of products designed or instructed by you, the customer. Please ensure you have measured the space you wish to place the item accurately before designing and ensure that floor/wall weights are not exceeded. If you are unsure of a product weight please ask us and we will give the most accurate information as possible before manufacture. For made to measure items, a refund will only be available if the product arrives faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.

Order cancellations & returns

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. However, once your order has begun production and has been accepted, we cannot cancel it. We recommend reviewing our returns policy for details on how to return unwanted or unsuitable items for a refund. - You may terminate the contract (return your order), but you will need to pay any additional delivery or collection fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee. This decision is entirely at our discretion. - Clearance or sale items cannot be returned, but you can exchange them at your expense for return shipping and a new label. Note that a 25% restocking fee does not apply, as you cover these costs.

For customers in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands, please contact us as additional charges may apply, especially for heavy or large items. Please allow an extra 1-3 working days for delivery within the UK. We kindly ask you to include your telephone number in the notes section so that we can provide it to the courier company in case they need to reach you on the delivery day.

We take great care in crafting beautiful pieces from natural materials, each featuring its own unique character, including distinct whirls and knots. As wood is naturally dynamic, it may change over time, and the finish can also evolve. To help your piece age gracefully, please follow these care tips: - Keep it away from heat sources. - Clean it with a warm, damp cloth and avoid using chemical cleaners. - Protect it from direct sunlight to prevent fading. - Keep the wood dry, especially on bathroom wooden items; dry them after use and store them in a dry place.

All of our items are constructed using mild steel, sourced from a local supplier. We meticulously cut, drill, weld, and clean each component by hand. Our raw steel products are left untreated, showcasing their original rustic colouring and providing an industrial aesthetic. To maintain this look, we recommend applying a coating of WD-40 every few months. Please note that if these items get wet, there is a possibility of rust, so it's important to keep the surrounding area clean and dry to prevent any marks on your flooring.

Can I have the metal in different colour?

Yes absolutely, we can offer our metal in any RAL colour of choice. If you google RAL colours, you will be able to choose one that suits you. Our products are crafted from reclaimed scaffold boards. Each piece of timber is hand-cut, sanded, and treated for every order. We preserve the natural markings of the wood, ensuring that each item has a unique style. If needed, we use wood filler to address large or small gaps, cracks, and holes while maintaining a rustic appearance. As wood is a natural material, it can exhibit variations in cracks, grain, and other characteristics. Changes such as shrinkage, swelling, and cracking are normal and are not considered defects; therefore, they are not covered by our lifetime guarantee. Additionally, environmental factors like changes in seasons, temperatures, and humidity may cause adjustments that we cannot be held responsible for.

CARE:
