Will you refund shipping cost overages?

Yes! Since shipping costs are only calculated when the order is placed (based on item weight, box size and destination location), the actual cost is determined once the item or items are packaged for shipping. I will refund any calculated shipping cost over $0.50 from the actual shipping cost. The Etsy calculated cost is usually accurate but sometimes the cost can be more especially if multiple items are purchased. The cost will be manually adjusted for combined shipping. Please message me if you have any questions about the shipping cost or want to purchase multiple items.

Do you refund orders lost or damaged during shipping?

No, I do not offer refunds on any orders that may be lost or damaged during shipping. I do my absolute best in packaging items to avoid possible damage but once I deliver the package to the Post Office, I no longer have any control from that point forward. All orders come with tracking details so that you can track your package along its route to you. Additionally, buyers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Any misdirected or undeliverable shipments will not be refunded or re-shipped.

Can you provide additional photographs if requested?

Yes! I try to provide the best photos for each item as well as any specific ones that may identify an imperfection. Remember that many vintage items can have some sort of imperfection since they were previously owned. That is actually what makes them unique with their special character! Any imperfections that I see will be identified within the listing description. If you need additional photos, let me know - I will be glad to provide you with additional ones. All sales are final (with no warranties, guarantees or cancellations).

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

No, all sales are final (with no warranties, guarantees or cancellations). So please ask questions prior to your purchase and use the picture zoom feature to review the item. The item description will give more details about the item along with its size.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes! Multiple purchases within the same order will be combined for the most economical shipping cost available. Customers are also able to select USPS Priority for a faster shipping option. Please message me if you have any questions about the shipping cost or want to purchase multiple items.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship to select countries. If yours is not shown, please contact me. Note that I cannot declare your item as a gift on your customs form or state that the item is worth less than it is. Also, please be patient when it comes to the delivery of your item(s). It can take up to a month to receive your item(s). It is normal for international packages to appear to have stopped being updated on the customs tracking number when they leave the USA (since tracking is transferred to your local post office once it leaves the US).

What if I see that my address is wrong after I complete my order?

If you accidentally entered the wrong address when filling out your order, please contact me ASAP to correct the address. If I have already shipped your package you will be responsible for contacting USPS.

Who pays for customs fees?

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to various taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. I cannot calculate or collect these fees or taxes. April's Attic Shop is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on Etsy.

What if I see something wrong with the item after I receive it?

Vintage items do have a history and can show signs of aging with minor flaws or imperfections (that is actually what makes them so unique and great!). I do my absolute best to accurately describe the items including any imperfections that I see. If there is something that you see that was not identified in either the item Description or displayed in a picture, please let me know. I am not perfect and it is possible that I missed something in the Description. I truly want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. I appreciate the opportunity to remedy any issues so please message me with any concerns with your order.
