What postage methods do you use?

Standard orders are sent Royal Mail Second Class postage without tracking. Please contact me if you would like a tracked order or faster delivery so I can provide you with a quote. I post every day so it is no trouble to add in a faster option if you are happy to pay this.

My package is missing, what next?

For all missing packages, I will lodge a claim with Royal Mail for compensation before a refund is issued. I will not provide a refund to any order until a Royal Mail investigation has taken place. Claims can only be submitted to Royal Mail ten days after the estimated delivery date, so I must ask buyers to bear with me during this time to allow time for the package to arrive and also for Royal Mail to investigate. Proof of postage is available for all orders so buyers can rest assured every order has been dispatched on time.

Can I use quilting cotton for curtains?

Yes! However quilting cotton won't fully block out the sun - even though it is strong, it is not very thick. Most customers who use quilting cotton for curtains back it with something heavier to assist the drape.

Sizing: The first scan shows the size of an A4 piece of paper. The second pic shows an example of a full FQ, but please note the exact repeat you will receive will likely be slightly different.

I cut to order, and even numbers of purchases come uncut.
Buy 2 FQs and recieve one uncut piece 110cm wide x 45cm high
Buy 4 FQs and receive one uncut piece 110cm wide x 90cm high
Buy 6 FQ's and receive one uncut piece 110cm wide x 135cm high

If you buy an uneven quantity (3, 5, 7, 9 etc) you get the even cut to the closest amount, plus an extra FQ. So if you bought 5 FQ's you would get two pieces - 110cm wide x 90cm high PLUS a FQ 55cm wide x 45cm high.
