We have print labs in the US, UK, Netherlands, and Australia. Your order will be dispatched from the most convenient location to reduce shipping time, environmental effects, customs, and costs.

How do I download the digital images?

Once you place your order, you'll be linked to the file. If you have any trouble, please contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Which paper do you use to print?

We use enhanced matte fine art paper unless otherwise specified. It's a beautiful, thick, and robust paper that creates stunning results.

Which printers do you use?

We do use Canon PROGRAF 6100 Fine Art Printers. We can create excellent and gigantic reproductions up to 60" (152 cm) on the shortest side.

If my frame arrives damaged, what do I do?

We are truly sorry about your product arriving damaged. Our products are strongly protected when shipped, and it is utterly rare for damages or breakages to occur. If this has happened to you, we can ensure that a replacement will be organized and shipped back quickly. Please send us a message within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods, describing the damage and issue with photos, so we can help you!

What are your frames like?

All our frames are handmade using the best quality materials with the highest levels of craftsmanship. We use acrylic/perspex glaze instead of glass, making our frames way lighter and more secure. We offer Black, White and Natural frames. They can come with or without a white border (let us know in the personalisation section).
