DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED ITEMS

🔶I work with trusted production partners to bring my designs to life, but on rare occasions, a misprinted or mis-sewn item may slip through their quality control. If that happens, I’ll act quickly to send you a replacement of the same item and size. ❗️Please inspect your items within 72 hours of delivery and message me on Etsy with photos if there’s an issue. ❗️For apparel: Compare your item to the size chart shown in the product images. If it differs by more than 1 inch, please include a photo of the item laid flat, with a measuring tape clearly showing seam-to-seam dimensions.

🔶Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced and packed, followed by an estimated 4 business days for delivery. 🔶I do not offer expedited shipping at this time. ❗️Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I can’t be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. ❗️If you're ordering for a special occasion, please order early! I can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date, as shipping times are out of my control once the item leaves production. 🎄Holiday orders: Production and shipping times are slower during the holiday season. For Christmas delivery, please place your order by December 5th.

🔶I don’t currently offer gift wrapping or personalized notes. However, if you mark your order as a gift at checkout, the packing slip will not include prices. 🔶If you're sending a gift directly to the recipient, I recommend letting them know it’s on the way. You could send a card and say: “Keep an eye out for a package from Saffron Moon Co. It's a gift from me!”

🔶Did you know around 85% of all textiles produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills, and 1 in 5 garments is discarded without ever being worn? That’s why I use a made-to-order model: each item is produced only after it’s purchased, helping to prevent excess waste and overproduction. Yay! 🔶My production partners use less energy than the industry standard and generate almost no wastewater. They use biodegradable, water-based inks that are CPSIA-compliant and Oeko-Tex certified. Meaning, they're non-toxic, non-hazardous, water-soluble, and free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEs). ♻️Whenever possible, I use recycled polyester, made from post-consumer plastics.

🔶‘All-Over-Print' designs (covering the full item) are made using sublimation, a process that uses heat to infuse the ink directly into the fabric for vibrant, long-lasting color. 🔶Single-image designs (on the front of Tees and tanks) use DTG printing or direct-to-garment printing. A digital printer applies the ink directly onto the fabric in a thin layer for a soft, vintage-style feel. 🔶Embroidered hats and caps are stitched using 100% cotton thread.
