Our policy lasts 7 days after delivery date, If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t approve a return request.

Items must be received back at the return address within 7 days of delivery date to receive a store credit.

If an item is received after the 7 days has passed, you'll be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. 

All items must be returned in original condition (including return post card, packaging, and accessories).  All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping to australia cost more than what has been quoted,so we would charge the extra fee after or before you place your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.

Order/ return processing times are slightly longer, during sale events and holidays.

We unfortunately do not offer refunds.

We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received, so we do not offer exchanges.

We will issue you a store credit  once we've received your return, please allow 7 business to process your return and issue the store credit. 

Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.

dressesbydeb will not use placement print, this is to save approximately half of our fabric which would essentially be wasted. This means that each piece will have a different print pattern from the same fabric pictured above, thus allowing the brand to be more sustainable and offer you the absolute best always. Thank you.
