Stained glass suncatcher of a patriotic eagle surrounded by red, white and blue glass globs was handmade in my home studio in Gainesville, Missouri!

Suncatcher measures @ 8" x 8" and has a metal chain for hanging. The colors and textures of the glass were carefully selected to create a unique piece of art.

I select, cut, grind, foil and solder every piece of glass that goes into my suncatchers. This colorful patriotic suncatcher would be an awesome decoration for your garden or home. Or it could be that special gift for a hard to buy for friend or relative!

Suncatchers can be displayed indoors in a window or outside in the garden or hanging from a tree. Care should be taken not to leave a suncatcher out when there are going to be extreme cold or hot temperatures as this can cause stress fractures. Even if glass in an outdoor piece breaks it will remain in place and the suncatcher can still be enjoyed.

1. Most of my custom orders are for stained glass suncatchers. The solder lines may get a white residue caused by flux oxidation. I scrub all pieces with water and dish soap followed with a flux/patina cleaner and finishing compound. I your piece gets white residue gently wipe it off with a damp q-tip or t-shirt type cloth. The residue should easily wipe off.

2. Do not hang your stained glass from suction cups. They are too heavy for this to be a secure option. All suncatchers come with a chain for hanging from a hook that is securely screwed into a wood frame.

3. Convo me with your request so I can work out details with you.

If your order has been damaged in the mail you will need to photograph and save the item, package and packing material. I will have a copy of the shipping and order receipt in the package. You will need to go to your local post office to get a claim form. Be sure to keep the damaged item, packaging, packing materials, and the 2 receipts till USPS settles the claim. You can go to:
