Wonderful bird house! Easy to assemble and disassemble for easy cleaning. Can be painted or decorated. If using outside, be sure to seal with sparthane (waterproof polyurethane).

These are well made and the directions are not hard to follow. The seller was prompt & gracious about e-mailing me an additional pdf of the instructions when I lost the one in the box. That being said, I bought them to use as a class activity for a group of 6 & they did not really work well for that setting. One has to be careful which way the pieces face or the houses do not fit together. If a mistake is made, they are not easily taken apart without cracking something. As a craft leader, I was not up to the task of figuring out what others were doing while they were doing it, so we had some sideways birdhouses. However, everyone had fun & I hope the birds will not mind a side wind break at their door rather than a roof.
