Are you selling real gold or plated? What about gold weight?

We sell only real gold. We have two real jewelry shop in our hometown. We only sell 14K solid gold. We don't have silver, 8K, gold plated or 18K items. We only make 14k gold casting. Our prices are depending on gold weight of the item. If you find same item with lower price, please contact us to learn about the gold weight of our item to compare. Most of the time, our jewelry is heavier than other competitive.

Can I cancel my order after placing the order?

You can cancel your order in the first 24 hours after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business.

Customs Fee & Import Tax

If you live in: Canada, UK, Australia, Israel There are not any import taxes in these locations. If an unexpected situation occurs and you have to pay taxes, our company will cover the entire cost on these locations. Please contact us. Other locations: There might be some import tax regulations on other locations. Every country has a different policy about import tax. So we are not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please contact with us to learn more about your location's policy.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

All of our customers are responsible for VAT which is also applied in their hometown purchases. Here are the rates and how you pay it: United States: Etsy collects VAT on checkout page depending on the state you live in Australia(GST): The total value of the package is less than or equal to $1,000 AUD is charged %10. EU and UK: Etsy collects VAT on checkout page if your item is less than 150euro, if it is higher you will be charged by UPS tax service when arrival. You may required to pay import fee before your package is delivered to UPS or customs office. We are not responsible for any such fees. If the package is damaged/opened during delivery, a report must be made by the UPS delivery person or the package should not be received. We do not accept any responsibilities on received items without report.

What if my order gets lost?

Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit. We will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 15 days of shipment, we will REPLACE your order free of charge. Orders lost in transit will be replaced, please do not request a refund for losses caused by the delivery company. Please note that Cenova Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

You should specially take care of your jewelry to prolong its life. Avoid its exposure to any strong chemicals, perfumes, moisturisers etc. Besides, we recommend to remove it before going to bed or before participating any physical activity. Store your jewelry in its original box away from humid conditions. Make sure that different pieces of jewelry do not rub against each other. For cleaning, you can gently wipe it with a soft cloth once a month. WHY WE SAY AVOID STRONG CHEMICALS&SHOWER EXPOSURE? IS NOT IT REAL GOLD? THE COLOR OF THE GOLD DOES NOT HAVE TO CHANGE? answer: Yes we sell real gold. Nothing happens on the gold side, but outer effects may damage the polish on your jewelry. So, the beautiful shine of your jewelry may decrease.

Is it possible to update or cancel the order?

The cancellation and any change/update requests are not accepted after your order has been shipped. In-transit, pre-transit or delivered status orders cannot be updated or cancelled.

The product is beautiful and it is everything I have wanted! Semih was super sweet for including a personal note and boxing it beautifully. It arrived super fast to the east Coast of the United States where I live! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it was not communicated to me that the engraving could not be done because it's too small to fit everything I wanted engraved on it until after it already shipped. I will still be purchasing more jewelry from Semih in the future, though!

This lovely fluted gold disk pendant came packaged so beautifully, with a gracious hand written note from Semih, a certification that the item is 14K solid gold, and an adorable large lollypop that my son enjoyed. I love this pendant, it goes so well with all my favorite chains/necklaces. The fluted design really makes the piece so faceted and blinding as it reflects the light in a way that almost appears like "movement." Stunning design and quality for a very affordable price. Also, the item shipped so quickly even though it was from overseas! I wish other Etsy sellers were more prompt!
