Custom and personalized orders

You can request a personalized jewel, the timing for the execution of the jewel depends on the availability that I have of the materials that I need to create it so every request has different realization times. Custom orders are not returnable.

To preserve the brilliance of Soutache, of the crystals and of the components of my accessories, please: • Remove it when going to sleep, pool, beach, or spa • Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners. Never use chemical jewelry cleaners as these will do more harm than good. • For light cleaning, gently polish with a dry, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching. Avoid water when cleaning. • Store your beloved jewelry in a cool dry place.

• All my shippings are done through with REGISTERED POST and you will be notified of the tracking number of your order when the package is shipped. • Items are shipped within 1-3 days from payment.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and wish to return it, please contact me via Etsy within 14 days of receipt of your jewelry for instructions on how to ship it back to me. • Returns that are damaged, used or altered will not be accepted. • Once I have received and accepted your return, I will issue a refund of the cost of the item(s) excluding the shipping fee that I pay for to send your order. • I strongly recommend that you select a traceable, insured return shipping, as I won’t be responsible for returns lost in transit. • Customers will be responsible for the delivery cost of returns and exchanges.

Check the address you registered on Etsy before proceding with the purchase, refunds are not provided for purchases delivered to the wrong address!

Unsuccessful delivery

• If your parcel hasn't been delivered after the estimated time of arrival, please let me know and I will file a claim at the post office so they can try to locate it. Sometimes, the post office can take up to 2 months to solve the claim and give me a resolution. This means that I can not issue any refunds or resend any orders before having a final resolution where the parcel is located and/or has been shipped back to me. • I am not responsible for orders lost in transit or for any additional fees such as customs, tax, etc.
