DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

Your order is insured for lost in mail or damaged by USPS, we will file a claim for you if this happens!! DAMAGED IN MAIL- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged items. Do NOT throw item(s) or packaging away. Send us pictures of damage and packaging. This is required to file an insurance claim. LOST IN TRANSIT- Contact us if your package has not been received within 10 days in the USA. We will do an inquiry for you. The USPS doesn't consider it lost until 30 days have passed at which time we can file an insurance claim for you. Insurance claims takes 5-10 business days once filed to be approved. We will not issue a refund until claim has been approved. By purchasing from us you agree to allowing us to file a claim for you.

We complete most orders within 3-5 business days, minus weekends! ♥ Most of our items are handmade to order, we ask you to allow 3-5 business days to complete your order. Etsy will send a notification as soon as we ship to let you know your order is on its way! Without Postal Delays Average time to receive once shipped: USA: 3-10 business days Out-of-country: 10-30 business days most countries All orders are shipped with insurance for damage or loss before delivery. Shipping Insurance does NOT cover mail loss or mail theft if tracking shows as DELIVERED. We are unable to issue a refund or file a claim if tracking shows your order as delivered.

We observe and are closed for all USA government calendar holidays. THANKSGIVING / We are closed the Tuesday before thanksgiving till the following Tuesday to spend time with family and friends. We will still be taking orders, but will not ship during this time. Orders will be running a few business days behind. GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY / last day to order: USA Nov 30th and Out of Country Nov 1st. You can still order, but we cannot guarantee it will make it in time for Christmas. WINTER HOLIDAY: We are closed Dec 20th - Jan 1st to spend time with family and friends. All orders will run 10 days behind if ordered during this time.

Our Handmade Ribbon: Our ribbon is waterproof that means it will not bleed or smudge if it gets wet. If you need your ribbon washable, let me know and I will send you heat setting instructions to make it washable, via "Etsy Convos" with any ribbon purchase.

This will prolong the life of your jewelry and prevent reactions with chemicals from soaps and chlorine from discoloring it. ➤Do not use jewelry cleaner, it is very harsh! It can take off finishes on fashion jewelry and will remove patinas from sterling silver. ➤Remove jewelry at the end of every day and wipe gently with a very soft cloth to remove dirt and body oil. Proper care of jewelry will ensure their long life. The Lonely Heart is not responsible for damages caused to products through use and misuse.

PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS: This is for 1 feather. The feathers are hand stamped with your choice of word or words. You can choose which side of the hat the words will read (photo #3). Direction of feather is in reference to what side you wear your feather on your hat.We can stamp up to 25 characters including spaces. Only capital letters are available. Please leave your request in the "Note To Seller" box when you purchase.

Measurements: feathers will measure in between 4" to 6" inches, give or take a little. Please see picture, so you get an idea of color & possible sizes. Gray feathers can vary from the very tip being lightly dusted in gray to a more dark gray & may have red mixed in.

Fraying is natural in feathers and to be expected as our birds fly wild & free. These feathers are collected from my personal doves, no harm is caused & they are collected naturally throughout the year. There are only a limited amount offered yearly due to this. We only use feathers that we personally would want to frame or gift as a small love token!
