3. Local copy store - for example FedEx, Staples, Office Depot etc - Download in PDF, select 'Save Paper' (if smaller writing cards) and 'Show Trim Marks' - 2 cards per page. Upload or take in store for printing.
4. Photo center - for example Walgreens, CVS etc - Download a JPEG image version, 300DPI
