Second time ordering one of these and both times the people I got them for cried (happy tears and sad of course). Always well crafted and so meaningful, I got one after my cat passed and it was so thoughtful I have to now do it for anyone in need.
The people I sent this to loved it - it was so sweet and thoughtful.
Friends lost their dog to old age and health issues. This helped them to cope with the loss.
First & foremost, let me say that the customer service & the thought and care put into this was beyond expectations. I was so impressed and touched by the extra TLC. Thank you for going to the extra effort. The prayer that worked in conjunction actually meant more to me than words can express. A couple items to consider for future purchases that I did not consider: 1. Time of Shipping - It took a week for my person to get this package. This doesn't sound like a lot but when someone is experiencing a loss, timeliness can be important. I would highly suggest paying extra for faster shipping. 2. Hand Written Note - I personally loved this idea but the recipient of the note could not read who it came from. He also said the writing was so light he struggled to read the message. Unsure if this was a fluke but feedback I received.
