All items damaged in transit must be filed and confirmed with the post office to be eligible for refund or replacement. In case that your item arrives damaged please save all packaging and take photos of the damage. Contact us immediately and send the pictures. We will work together to fix the problem.

In case that the item does not fit you, contact us immediately to exchange it with a right size. The customer is responsible of mail cost sending the item back to the seller in the condition the item is sent to them.

We use the best quality materials and all silver is bought locally within the USA and guaranteed to be 925 sterling silver. Jewelry may tarnish over time if left out or with other jewelry. A soft polish cloth will bring back the shine. We recommend you to use "Sunshine Polishing Cloth" that you can purchase. It is recommended that jewelry isn't worn in water and taken off for sport or physical activities. Items containing brass or copper may discolour skin. This is not harmful, and is due to the metal reacting to acidity in your skin.

If your jewelry is damaged because of craftsmanship fault, I take full responsibility to repair it for free. If it is damaged as a result of customer's misuse, I still can repair it as long as the customer mails it back to me and pays for the reshipping fee. Contact me for more information.
