We try our best to photograph and capture the true fabric details of all of our pieces offered inside our shop, but sometimes you just need to see and feel the fabric in your home. While we wish all monitors showed colors in the same way and as true to life as possible, different monitors and mobile devices display colors differently. With that in mind, we've made it simple to order our 4x4 inch fabric swatches.

Any items returned as undeliverable, refused, incorrect address, or similar, it is the buyers responsibility to pay all shipping charges associated with re-shipping the item(s). Any orders refused delivery, or refusal of re-shipping the items will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given.

All pillow covers are individually handmade and sewn-to-order by Chloe & Olive in our studio. Please view our listings for our current production time. This does not include weekends or holidays. We offer free standard shipping with delivery in 5-7 business days. Faster shipping is available for purchase during the checkout process. Please allow 10-18 days for pillow inserts to arrive unless otherwise noted. Covers and inserts are shipped separately. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Inserts / cushions are NOT included in the price. Each pillow cover is individually handmade and finished with our signature exposed brass zipper so you can slip the cover over your existing pillow insert or purchase a new insert here, https://etsy.me/2G6FqeT

The actual finished size of all of our pillow covers are the exact dimension listed. So our 20x20” pillow cover is finished at 20"x 20" and fits a 22” pillow insert.

Steps to follow to measure a pillow cover (removable)

1. Remove the pillow cover from the insert / filler

2. Turn the cover inside out and lay on a flat surface

3. Measure from inside seam to inside seam (length + width) with flexible tape measure for a pillow cover size

🚀 Need it ASAP? Skip the line and select RUSH FEE + UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER shipping during the checkout process for PILLOW COVERS ONLY. Fee includes rush and next day air saver shipping fees. Orders ship next business day if placed before 11AM pacific time. We ship Monday through Friday. If order is placed on Friday, package will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday + Sunday) will ship on Tuesday. Rush fee + UPS Next Day Air Saver isn't available for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

If you receive a damaged, missing, incorrect item or issue with your order, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer laundering items (we recommend dry cleaning only) will not be replaced or repaired.
