RETURNS ARE VALID ONLY WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION.

§ 9. Right to withdraw from the contract (product return):

1. A buyer who is a consumer in the EU has the right, without giving a reason and without incurring costs, to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of June 24, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws . of 2014, item 827), the date of sending the declaration determines whether the deadline is met.

2. Withdrawal from the contract requires the Buyer to submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract within the deadline specified in section 1 above after informing the Seller of the intention to withdraw from the contract. If the conditions for withdrawal from the contract are met, the Seller will send the Buyer a withdrawal form by e-mail. The form, the template of which is attached as Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Law, or in another form consistent with the Consumer Law (e.g. sent by the Seller), should be sent in a paper version together with the returned goods to the following address:

3. The Seller will immediately confirm to the Consumer the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract by e-mail (provided when concluding the contract and another if it was provided in the submitted declaration).

4. The Buyer is obliged to return the purchased products to the Seller no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract. The date of posting determines whether the deadline is met.

5. The Buyer returns products that do not show any traces of use and are the subject of the contract from which he withdrew by registered post at his own expense and risk.

NOTE: The Just.in Hair store does not accept cash on delivery or shipments from outside the EU.

7. The Buyer is liable for reducing the value of the item that is the subject of the contract and shows traces of use as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

8. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will return to the Buyer the payments received from the Buyer for the purchased item;

9. The refund will be made immediately, no later than within 14 days of receiving the declaration of withdrawal from the contract in paper form.

10. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until it receives the returned product and assesses whether the product shows signs of use.

11. When the Buyer withdraws from a distance contract, all related additional contracts expire and the contract is considered not concluded.

12. Pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Law, the consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract: "(...) 2. in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs; (…)”
