What is a digital download?

Digital downloads are digital files (e.g., JPEGs, PDFs, or PNGs) that you can download and print yourself, or use printing services like Mpix, Walgreens, local print shops in your area, or what suits you better. Normally after payment is confirmed you will have access to your files instantly and can keep them forever!

Where is my Digital download?

If you have an Etsy account and purchased a digital download, you will find your purchased files located at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If you used the Guest Checkout feature on Etsy, you will find your digital download link within the emailed receipt that was automatically sent to you after your purchase. Please let me know if you this doesn't work for you. I'm happy to email you the files if needed.

Why choose Digital Download?

Obtain your files instantly and avoid shipping costs. Files are yours forever - reuse as gifts for friends and family!

Where Can I Find Affordable Frames?

When it comes to frames, I often find that Ikea is a convenient option, especially if I'm not seeking something highly authentic. Additionally, both Target and Amazon are great places to explore for frame options. Ultimately, the choice of frame also depends on how it complements your interior design.

Which type of paper do you suggest for printing?

I personally lean towards matte or semi-matte photo paper for most of my artistic works, but glossy versions can also produce excellent results. Ultimately, the choice comes down to your preference. However, I would advise against compromising on the quality of the paper and investing in a good one for best results.

Do you offer Custom orders?

Certainly! Feel free to send me a message and share your thoughts or ideas. I'm here to help.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are typically provided to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these situations apply to you, please reach out to us with photos of the wrong or damaged items, and we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

What’s your return policy?

At the moment, I do not accept returns or exchanges since our products are made to order. However, if there are any problems with your order, please inform us by sending a message, and we will collaborate with you to find the best possible solution. As for cancellations, they can be made within 8 hours from the time the order is placed.

RECOMMENDATIONS
✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦

For the best results, a heavyweight matte paper or card stock is recommended. For a clean cut, I recommend using a paper trimmer or an X-acto knife.
You may also send these to be printed and trimmed by your local print shop.
