I do not offer refunds/replacements for lost/stolen packages once they have been delivered. Please message me prior to remitting payment for your purchase if you prefer to have signature delivery confirmation for your package.

As an online shopper, I know the heartbreak when a seller doesn’t share my affinity for careful packing. I utilize appropriately sized, sturdy boxes with adequate packing protection. My vintage merchandise is technically recycled as are most of my shipping materials. Don’t be too disappointed when you open an iPad box only to find a pair of potholders! Should you desire something above and beyond my usual methods such as double boxes, I will be more than happy to accommodate your request for a nominal fee plus the added shipping costs incurred because of the increased size and weight of the parcel. Please make this request prior to your purchase.

I am presently only shipping domestically within the Continental United States.

If my status changes, please keep in mind that many countries assess duties and taxes on imported packages for which the purchaser is responsible. Please investigate on your own as once the shipping label has been printed, the order can not be cancelled. International shipping can take weeks and it is usually not possible to track the parcels. You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I try my best to pack your purchases as carefully as possible but sometimes shipping damages occur. In the event you received a damaged parcel, you will need to notify me right away and provide me with photos for insurance claims. Please try to take pics of the box, especially if it appears to have been mishandled. Show the inside as best as possible so I can see the packaging materials and broken item. If the item is a total loss, I will file the claim and refund you upon receipt of your photos. In the case of multiple items shipped in a single package, if some are whole and some damaged, we will need to discuss further so we agree on an action.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and the item re-listed.

Because the items I am listing are previously loved vintage, no warranty is provided or implied. I describe everything I am selling to the best of my ability, noting wear and condition issues where applicable. My photos are part of the description.
