It is made out of 16-gauge metal and is powder coated for durability. It is weather resistant. You can put this sign inside or outside! It has holes for easy hanging right out of the box. (Hardware not included)

These are made to order, and our lead time is 2 weeks. You can either do the free shipping which is through USPS, or you can pay $12 for shipping through FedEx. Please keep in mind USPS has been running behind and is having delays with some packages. If you choose USPS, please be patient if your package gets delayed. As long as it is moving, USPS says it will eventually get to you.

If you see your package is at a standstill in shipping, please message us and let us know and we can file a missing package inquiry and see if that will move things along.

Once it leaves our hands and goes into the hands of USPS and FedEx, we cannot control what happens after that.

If your package gets damaged in shipping, please message us and we can either remake the piece for you or give you a 50% refund on the piece. You will need to supply pictures of the damaged piece (full pictures and upclose) as well as pictures of the packaging so we can file a claim through USPS or Fedex.

We do our very best to pack the pieces in the best and saftest manner to get them to you and add several fragile stickers, but unfortunately sometimes the delivery person is not the easiest on the packages.

We do not offer cancellations as we do start to work on your order as soon as we receive the order. The first steps being we start to design your order which does take time.

From September 5–21 our processing time will be extended while we spend time with family (during these dates September 12–22). No need to worry—we’re open and can’t thank you enough for your orders while we spend a bit of family time.
