We have factories in Long Island and Queens in New York and in East Asia. The vast majority of our orders will be shipped from New York, and a small portion and urgent orders may be distributed based on a combination of capacity and logistics. You can confirm that with us in advance if you mind.

How do I send my photo(s)?

You can send it through message on Etsy, click Attach Image icon (a square mountain icon).

How to Leave a Review?
