How long do I have to inspect my item for damages or report an issue with delivery.

We always update tracking information to provide you with the date your item is expected. Upon tracking marked at delivered by the carrier you have 24 hours to inspect your item and/or notify us of any damage or delivery issues. Thank You.

Custom and personalized orders

Please note that on wedding and special event orders I ship your items to arrive no more than 2 weeks before, ideally 1 week before on your event. Items are ready to ship in just a few days if needed but for those whose weddings are in the future expect them closer to your date. I don’t love our items to be sitting in boxes taking on the shape of the box which can happen if stored for two long.

Please note I charge a 10% restocking fee on custom orders if they are cancelled after I have purchased the items to make them.

Returns and Exchanges Details

please do not remove the box ties from an item you think you want to return. if box ties are removed you will only receive a partial credit as these wreaths have to be thrown away as they will be damaged during transit back being that they are not attached to the box. Please understand that we have had customers use items for an event and then return them unfortunately . Alot of time, money and pride go into making our items.
