This is an open edition original hand pulled Linocut Print of Mr Blackbird in black with an orange beak.

After seeing so many blackbirds and hearing their beautiful songs, I was inspired to make a linocut of him.

Each design is drawn by hand straight onto the lino block or in my sketchbook, then I use specialist tools to hand carve the lino. The lino is inked with a roller, and then transferred onto paper by hand using a Baren.

These prints are individually hand printed and each one will have minor variations and imperfections, part of the charm of lino printing.

The image is printed using Caligo Safe Wash Ink on to 130GSM cartridge paper.

Mounted size 21 x 30cm A4

The print is signed and dated by myself in pencil and will come to you in a cellophane wrapper and board backed envelope marked 'Do Not Bend'.

The print will be sent signed and sent via Royal Mail 1st class.

International shipping will be posted using Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery.
