I cannot and do not offer wholesale items.

Due to the nature of digital items, I cannot offer refunds on digital orders. I can, however, fix any errors that you may find, or possibly offer files in a different format. Additionally, by downloading the file(s), you agree to any enclosed License Agreement(s).

Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized orders will take extra time to create. The work time will vary based on both the order and my schedule. Some custom orders may qualify for a non-refundable initial deposit. Otherwise, full payment is due before work begins.

Non-Refundable Deposits

If the scope of a custom order is large enough, I may require the payment of a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit before I begin work. This will ensure that I am compensated for time, labor, and materials in the case that a client backs out in the middle of the order. The cost of the initial deposit is typically 1/3 of the total cost, but may change on a case-by-case basis. The remaining balance is DUE IN FULL once the project has been completed and before delivery. UNPAID custom orders will FORFEIT ANY AND ALL RIGHTS to any original work that I create.

Are custom orders private?

Yes! They will never be made publicly available. This does not include the contents of any templates used in the creation of the order.

Can I get a lower price on cutom orders?

Private custom orders can be expensive. They are a one-time fee in which you will be charged for the cost of time, labor, and supplies. If your custom order qualifies, you can opt for public sales of the product. I will only charge you the public price, and you will FORFEIT ANY AND ALL RIGHTS (aside from any personal information and third-party copyrights & trademarks) to the custom order. As the creator, I retain all of the rights to publicly sell the product and keep its profits. Public prices are far less expensive because I can recoup my losses in volume.
