How to make measurements - Stand exactly in front of the mirror. - Take measurements of a breast in a thin bra without foam rubber. - Measure the girth of the chest at the level of the nipples, keep the tape strictly horizontal. - Under bust - measure around your ribcage where your bra band sits. - The waist is measured in the narrowest place. - Hips - measure around the fullest part of your seat. This is usually a few inches below your hip bones. Be sure to follow the tape: it should be parallel to the floor at all stages of measurements.
