Custom and personalised orders

I only offer customs that are available on my shop. Unfortunately I don’t make custom badges based on others photos or artwork as I only work from my own designs. 💗

⭐️My badges aren’t recommend to young children due to choking hazard and the sharp pin at the back. ⭐️Please make sure the pin is secure at the back and tucked under the loop to stop the badge from falling off. If this is secure it shouldn’t fall off. However not every pin is perfect and some pins do have defects. If there any issues just send me a photo and I can help!

I am happy to return or exchange most items. However if the order is a custom (colour changes, custom wording/icons/background) this can't be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for postage costs when returning.

Gift wrapping and packaging

⭐️ All my packages are wrapped in colourful packaging. I use stickers on the inside and often provide free treats. I do not include receipts.

I think my pin is broke?

⭐️I work with thousands of badges and sadly there will be a few that end up with defects. I usually notice them before sending them, but as I'm not a super human I may miss some! 🦸🏼 📸Snap me a photo and I'll be more than happy to replace it!
